Shipping Information
All prices on our website are in Canadian Dollars. We ship all packages in Canada and the USA by Canada Post and Purolator (UPS delivery in the USA). Choice of couriers is at our discretion. The following minimum amounts for free shipping are after any discounts have been applied and before tax.

FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA FOR ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE
FREE SHIPPING TO CONTIGOUS USA FOR ORDERS OF $180 OR MORE

Shipping fees for orders below the minimum amounts are as follows:

PEI, NS, NB - $15 flat rate
Rest of Canada - $20 flat rate
United States - $25 flat rate

Shipping Times
We aim to dispatch most packages within 2-5 business days, with orders placed near statutory holidays or in March requiring an additional 1-3 business days. Please allow this time to pass before inquiring about the status of your shipment. Note that weekends and statutory holidays are not considered business days. We emphasize that the provided shipping time frames are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to maintain a stocked inventory or produce items as needed, there may be occasions when out-of-stock items delay your order. In such cases, we'll promptly notify you. Upon shipping, a confirmation email, which includes a tracking number link for most shipments, will be sent to you. Please be aware that en route tracking is available for most shipments within Canada and to the USA. For deliveries required by specific dates or within certain time frames, specify these dates in the Order Comments section during online checkout, or inform us via email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order. We diligently review Order Comments to prioritize shipments and ensure timely arrivals based on courier estimates. Should we foresee any delivery challenges, we'll explore expedited shipping options with you.

Credit Card Charges
Credit cards submitted by a customer for a requested online purchase are automatically charged in Canadian Dollars for the full amount the moment an order has been placed. With the exception of special custom orders, prior to a requested online purchase leaving with the courier, customers can request an order be cancelled for a full refund OR be changed with any difference in cost being refunded or charged as applicable. In the event a request to change or cancel an order has been sent, please allow 48-hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) for a response. If you would prefer your card to be charged at the time your requested online purchase is ready to be shipped and not charged immediately when you place your order, please contact us by telephone to place your order and request your card not be charged immediately.

Delivery Times
Both of our main couriers, Canada Post and Purolator Courier, have suspended all delivery time guarantees. As a result, we regret that we can no longer offer delivery guarantees. We ask for your understanding, patience, and kindness during these difficult and challenging times.
