This Dog Shampoo contains Lemongrass, Geranium, Basil and Eucalyptus Essential Oils to clean, shine and condition your furry friend's coat while discouraging pests. Directions

Put the shampoo into an old sock or empty plastic mesh onion or garlic bag to make it lather more (and also easier to hold onto!) Lather your dog, scrub, rinse well and let 'em shake. This is always less messy if done outside, but please make sure your canine companion does not get a chill due either to cold weather or cold water from the hose. Dry with a towel if you like, or let your friend air dry.

While I bought this to use on my shepherds, I found that I need a liquid version for them. However, I enjoyed the smell and used it on the whole family. When the kids went away to sleep-away camp for a week, I sent them with a bar apiece, and I think it helped repel the night-time beasties. My son really suffers when he is bitten, and he didn't look so bad when he got home this time.
So, not great for the dogs, but great for the kids!
