The refreshing citrus Bergamot and tangy Blood Orange combined with the deep earthy aroma of Patchouli and Ylang-Ylang make this a pleasant and soothing blend to create a relaxing atmosphere in your personal environment.
The essential oils are diluted in a carrier oil (grapeseed oil).
The synergy can be
-applied directly on to the skin similar to perfume
-can inhale the synergy blend three or four times per day, through the nose from the bottle
-put 3 to 4 drops in to a diffuser of your choice
- roll on affected areas and jump into a warm bath or shower.
Direction on how to use Relaxing Roll-On: To wind down during or after a stressful day, gently roll onto the temples, wrists, and other pulse points, inhaling deeply to take in the aroma. To prepare the mind and body for sleep, gently roll onto the soles of the feet, neck, or palms, once again inhaling deeply to draw in the relaxing aroma. Caution: While this product has been formulated to be gentle on the skin, a patch test is recommended prior to use to identify possible sensitivities. This oil is not a replacement for traditional medicine.
