- The essential oils are diluted in a carrier oil (grapeseed oil).
The synergy can be
-applied directly on to the skin similar to perfume
-can inhale the synergy blend three or four times per day, through the nose from the bottle
-put 3 to 4 drops in to a diffuser of your choice
- roll on affected areas and jump into a warm bath or shower
