I have chronic osteoarthritis pain as well as Fibromyalgia and when it is really unbearable I soak in a hot bath with 2 tablespoons of Achy Joints bath salts for about 20 minutes and feel so much better - previously  I used Epsom Salts but used 2 cups which helped a bit but nothing like Achy Joints - So yes I highly recommend this product!

I will often alternate between all the different bath salts to maintain good mobility and sleep. Each different bath salt gives a different result.
