Warranty Claims We guarantee all of our products to remain in usable quality under normal conditions for one full year from the purchase date. Please contact us within that timeframe if you wish to make a warranty claim! If your product is defective in any way, we will either replace it or issue an online store credit or refund. Please note that since we make small, homemade batches, colour may vary from batch to batch and so your product may be just fine but please feel free to contact us with any concerns so we can determine if there is actually a problems and put your mind at rest! Returns Just not happy with your purchase? Return any unopened product and receive a full refund if sent back to us within one full year from of the purchase date. Please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization number that will need to appear on the outside of the box. Shipping Errors If you have any errors in your shipment, you will need to contact us within 15 calendar days of the delivery date and we will do everything we reasonably can do to correct the situation to your complete satisfaction. Snow Promotion Temporary Policy Adjustment From January 1st to February 7th each year, during our popular Snow Promotion, our full refund policy is temporarily suspended. This allows us to offer this exciting and unique event while ensuring fairness for all participants. However, our replacement and credit-for-future-orders policies remain fully in effect during this time. If your product is defective, we’ll be happy to replace it or provide a credit. For those who prefer to maintain the option of a full refund, you can opt out of the Snow Promotion by confirming with us at the time of your order.
