We reserve the right to limit multiple orders from within the same household. The $9 Flat Rate Shipping promotion does not include the fee associated with our optional shipping services such as signature required on delivery or for C.O.D. This special $9 Flat Rate Shipping promotion with no minimum order required is being offered to ensure everyone has an opportunity to order our products more economically during these challenging times. While we certainly encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this special promotion and place an order, even if it is a small order, we reserve the right cancel and refund (if paid) orders that are uneconomical for us to ship as well as cancel, limit, or alter this promotion at any time at our sole discretion, either entirely or for individual people, to prevent abuse.
General Promotion Limitations
Due to some of the promotions listed above being scheduled to last more than three months into the future, and given the current uncertainty in the world primarily related to COVID-19, should any macro event(s) occur that dramatically increase our cost to make our products and/or ship them, we reserve the cancel and refund any orders at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to cancel, limit, or alter any of the above promotions at any time at our sole discretion.
We ship all packages in Canada and the USA by Canada Post and Purolator (UPS delivery in the USA). Worldwide shipping by Canada Post only. The following minimum amounts for free shipping are after any discounts have been applied and before applicable tax.
FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA FOR ORDERS OF $125 OR MORE
FREE SHIPPING TO USA FOR ORDERS OF $150 OR MORE
Shipping fees for orders below the minimum amounts are as follows:
PEI, NS, NB - $15 flat rate
Rest of Canada - $20 flat rate
United States - $25 flat rate
We typically ship most packages within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving the order for all in-stock items. The moment your order has been shipped, you will automatically be sent an email with a tracking number link. Please note that en route tracking is only available within Canada and for most shipments to the USA. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, simply let us know in the Order Comments section when completing your online order. We read those comments almost as soon as the orders come in and we will make sure it is shipped out on time so that it can arrive on or before the requested date based on the couriers estimated delivery date for your address. If we think there will be any problem with your package arriving by your requested date, we will contact you to see if a faster shipping option would be suitable. Please note that orders received a few days prior to a statutory holiday (Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, etc.) may take an extra 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) for an order to be shipped due to the shorter work week and quite often busier than usual environment in our walk-in retail stores.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Credit cards submitted by a customer for a requested online purchase are automatically charged in Canadian Dollars for the full amount the moment an order has been placed. With the exception of special custom orders, prior to a requested online purchase leaving with the courier, customers can request an order be cancelled for a full refund OR be changed with any difference in cost being refunded or charged as applicable. In the event a request to change or cancel an order has been sent, please allow 48-hours (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) for a response. If you would prefer your card to be charged at the time your requested online purchase is ready to be shipped and not charged immediately when you place your order (which is how we normally when payments are processed), please select the "Request PayPal Invoice (Sent when order is ready)" payment option during the checkout process. You will then be able to pay by credit card or PayPal through the PayPal processing system once you receive a PayPal invoice from us which will be emailed to you after your order is ready to be shipped.
