I used this all summer to reduce bug-bites when walking in the woods with my dog.  Very successful and being able to avoid a chemical bath/small was a huge improvement over using Off products.

As effective as any bug repellent I've used. It doesn't keep the bugs *away* so much as discourages them from biting. Oil feels nice on the skin and people kept commenting on the nice smell which is more than you can say about most bug products.
